Trattoria
The space in Itaim Bibi features classic recipes and celebrates the cuisine of southern Italy. The result of another partnership between restaurateur Gero Fasano and architect Isay Weinfeld, the Trattoria has a 210 m² main hall with 100 seats, with elements of wood and leather in the decor. Vases, banners and a collection of Italian soccer team uniforms make up the atmosphere. The outdoor area, with 30 seats, and the private lounge, with 16 seats, complete the space. The menu, created under the curatorship of Gero Fasano, has the watchful eye of Executive Chef Luca Gozzani and is led by Chef Sérgio Celestino.
