Gero Panini Itaim

With a young and relaxed atmosphere, Gero Panini Itaim is a restaurant entirely dedicated to sandwiches. With an area of 100 square meters, the place is made up of a friendly lounge that seats up to 56 people and the other 64 seats are in the outdoor area made up of communal tables on wooden decks and lounges glued to water mirrors, for a total of 120 seats. The contemporary concept is reflected in the architectural design by Sandra Sayeg, who proposed the use of English brick walls with wooden elements and exposed concrete - a more than harmonious combination with the industrial-style exposed copper wire light fittings, sourced from Italy. The flagships are the Panini and Piadine, traditional Italian sandwiches. Conceived by restaurateur Gero Fasano under the supervision of the Group's executive chef, Luca Gozzani, the menu is faithful to what is found in Italy and, as well as sandwiches, includes salads and pasta.
